Terms and Conditions
1. A member can avail holidays by submitting a reservation request through Elanza Hospitality LLP. In case of joint applicants, the request for availing holidays will be accepted only from the Principal Member.
2. All holiday reservations shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to member eligibility and availability.
3. The reservation window opens 45 days prior to the intended date of travel and bookings will be confirmed based on room availability at that time.
4. Members may carry forward unused holiday nights to the next membership year, as per the applicable membership plan.
5. Members are entitled to split their annual holiday nights into multiple stays during the membership period, subject to availability.
6. Members may gift their holiday nights once in a year to friends or family by submitting a written or online request to Elanza Hospitality LLP.
Refund Policy
The member understands and agrees that all membership fees, vacation charges, gateway charges, and related payments made to Elanza Hospitality LLP are non-refundable under any circumstances.
These payments are not a refundable deposit, irrespective of whether the services are used or not. Once a membership or vacation package is purchased, no refund or cancellation will be applicable under any condition.
